DIAG VEHICLE RUNNING ROUGH, SCANNED VEHICLE AND FOUND IDLE BELOW SPEC, COMMANDED TO 1000 AND ONLY RAN AT 650, INSPECTED THROTTLE BODY AND FOUND IT TO BE DIRTY, CLEANED THROTTLE BODY, STARTED VEHICLE, OBSERVED THAT VEHICLE WOULD NOW IDLE AT APPROX 850, COMMAND TO 1000 AND RAN AT APPROX 950-1050, TEST DROVE VEHICLE WITH CU, VEHICLE WOULD NOW IDLE AT STOPS FROM MOVING DOWN THE ROAD.
